The Lincoln County Theater is available for rental events such as meetings, conferences, lectures, debates, theater and music performances, family gatherings, birthdays and so much more. The space is one of the largest in the area and provides a beautiful, fun and very functional site for gatherings.

The theater seats 269 people in comfy new seats and offers an attractive, fully-accessible lobby area for food setup. The stage and movie screen provide the perfect backdrop for your presentation. Sound equipment, lighting, a piano and keyboard are available for use as well.

Scheduling is made by the Theater staff and must be arranged around our regularly scheduled programming. Please inquire at least 6-8 weeks before your event to allow for contracting and organization of the event.

The standard rental fee is $250 per night plus $35 for a staff liaison. Renters must sign a contract, have insurance, and are responsible for clean-up of the theater after their event.
